HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE:
To claim a prize bring a a valid United States government-issued photo ID and have either a valid social security number and card, or a valid taxpayer identification number (“TIN”) Monday throuh Friday between the hours of 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm at the Latino 96.3 offices located at 10281 W. Pico Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90064. If you have won a prize worth $600 or more you will be required to fill out a W9 IRS TAX FORM. For the general contest rules click here.
