Raised in Riverside, “Raq-C” is the baby of the family. “I loved being the baby growing up, I got away with a lot of stuff! Family to me is very important they are my balance and the people who love me no matter what!” If there is one word to describe “Raq-C” it is ENERGY since she has a ton of it! Since she was a little girl she knew she had to do something that had to do with talking, because this girl can talk!
“Raq-C” began her radio career interning at an L.A. radio station. She did a little bit of everything, answering phones to recording commercials and quickly realized that radio was something she loved and wanted to pursue. She got her first gig working at U-92.7 in Palm Springs as the Morning show co-host. Then she moved onto living in Chicago and worked at La Ley 107.9. “I learned so much about radio, myself, and life. I became a stronger person being so far away from my family and loved ones!”
Happy to be back in Southern Cali, “Raq-C” now forms part of Latino 96.3, and gives her listeners a daily dose of energy in the afternoons! “I love to keep it real and bond with my listeners, they make my job so worth it! She tries to live life by this rule…..”Live and Let Live!” Life is what you make of it!
